Where's the best deal on a Jane Slalom R please?

I'm pretty sure I want a Jane slalom R - after lots of thinking - because I really really would like my toddler to face me - and he can't in his baby jogger city elite.

Seen lots priced at £259.99 on the web...is there a better deal anywhere else? (I do like a bargain!).

For the weight and size of it I would buy a Bertini for £50 off ebay to get the rear facing and suspension you need.
I liked the Slalom and have considered the R but it's not exactly light and compact or cheap for that matter.
Given the amount of use you'll get out of it £359 seems expensive.

Yes - already gone off it upon seeing that weight.... now looking at mutsy 4rider lite and others.

Jane are worth ever penny. I just bought a second hand Carerra for just under £100 plus p&p to be honest it was like new and I cant justify buying new for the sake of it when you can get the same half the price.

Get back on e-bay I'm sure you can get a used one for a bargin price.

Not sure i'd find a used reverse mind, they only came on the market new recently. It is rear facing i particularly want, whichever pram. Mutsy are looking good for my needs. Will sell some stuff on ebay to raise funds. It will get lots of use. I walk miles as i don't have a car and we often do long walks at weekends too.
