Can a Maxi Cosi car seat fit on a Mamas & Papas MPX/Ultima?

As in the title really! We have been offered a Mamaas & Papas Ultima/MPX chassis etc...but I think it is missing the car seat bit. Obviously the M&P car seat is designed for it, but does anyone know if any of the other brands fit? We had been looking at either Britax or Maxi-Cosi.

Any advice greatly appreciated as I can't see any mention on the website!

I'm pretty sure it can't, because Mamas and Papas make their own car seats as you say. However I guess someone on here might know of a way to "customise" or some sort of special adaptor you can use!

As far as I'm aware, there are not any adaptors available for Maxi Cosi or Britax car seats.
