I have just bought an Out 'n' About 360 and after putting our wee one in it with the straps over her shoulders we were making sure she was secure and found that the back of the seat where the harness is attached comes right forward. This would mean that if you had to stop suddenly the back could come forward and it is the very thing that the harness is attached too. We kind of thought what is the point in harness when the whole thing comes forward. Has anyone noticed this or has any feedback that could reasure me?
