Tell me about the Bugaboo Bee Please
spendalittlelivealot · 13/04/2010 20:28
I currently have a bug cam , but im not sure i really need it now that my baby is heading towards 2 now. I do use the wheeled board still though.
So whats all the fuss about the bee?
thanks xx

I looked at the bee when dd was about 1, and even then it was very narrow. I wouldn't have thought it would accomodate a 2 yo comfortably. also, when parent facing there is no footrest, annoyingly.

I have a Bee and I love it! it's such a practical buggy and folds easily, brilliant for getting around town and in and out of buses and tight spaces.
The seat does look small but I recently compared the size to my friends maclaren and the seat is actually no more narrow, so I am guessing it will be fine as my baby grows. The length of the seat extends for when they are bigger too. I see plenty of Bees around town with older children in them. It is designed for the seat to be facing away from the parent by the time your child is big enough to need a foot rest, but most buggies intended for kids that big are the same really.
It is designed to be used up to the age of 4.

my dd is only a teeny 2yr old so not worried too much about that. I see "wings" mentioned what are these?
