How do I keep the sun off baby in the doubles seat in a Phil & Teds

Has anyone else had trouble keeping the sun off a baby in a Phil & Teds?

I have just started using the doubles seat underneath the main seat on my Phil & Teds Sport but have found that there is not much protection from the elements, especially the sun. Has anyone else had the same problem and found a good solution?

Only got my P&T Sport in November and DD is still in the cocoon at the moment but I'm sure to encounter this problem over the summer...

I was thinking either a hat on DD, buying a doubles Sun cover or getting a parasol. I guess the parasol might get in the way though...

Would this work do you think?

Or this which wouldn't block the whole view?

I got the Phil and Ted's double sun shade for my P&T Vibe and then folded it back over the top if my eldest didn't want covered. It worked for us - I also used it when DD was in the cocoon and she was totally shaded either way HTH

I like that way that one allows for some view out of the sides.

But I like the way the other one folds out of the way easily...

How does your sunshade attach mel?

I asked about the other one and the seller said "This item pops open flat so you can then bend down the each side to fit your buggy. It then attaches with 2 velcro straps and 4 ties."

I bought the one with the mesh. It fits perfectly and looks really good too
