Help find my sister a pram PLEASE!!

Hi, im trying to help my sister find a double. These are the requirements,

Needs ds2(due in 8 weeks) to be rear facing,
Needs to accomodate my niece (2.2),

She walks a lot,

Has bad back so sling out of the question,

DD1 still sleeps in the pram at the moment so a buggy board is only ok for short amounts of time.

Is on a fairly tight budget as her dh has just had his hours cut by 3 days a week

She thought about a buggy pod but they get awful reviews.

We would be grateful for any ideas/input thanks.

If she can get hold of a 2nd hand bebe confort twin club that ticks all her boxes, i found one on ebay for £120 but have literally just sold it or else she could have had that one

Hmm, I thought it might be, but worth contacting them as they have lsited it at least twice and it hasn't sold, plus they say they are open to offers.
