Twin pushchair, please help me and DH find one to suit us both

Baby due in Oct when DS will be just over 2.

I hate our current buggy with a passion, handles too low, won't push with one hand, generally unwieldy, raincover doesn't stay down. Can't wait to get rid.

I want something for the two of them that is lightweight, easy to fold/get in and out of car. Preferably one where I can spin the baby to face me, but guess I may be asking too much here.

Dh wants one that comes with a baby car seat that lifts out and fits onto. From what I can tell this restricts our choice a lot.

We already have DS's old car seat we could use and just risk waking baby when transferring from seat to buggy, but DH thinks it will make for problems with baby waking.

Any suggestions from you pushchair gurus?

iCandy Pear or Peach Blossom? They have lots of seating combinations, but I have heard the seats can be a bit small for a toddler.

My friend and mum of twins loves her M&P [http://www.mamasandpapas.com/product-pulse-twin-buggy-jet/101955900/type-i/ Pulse] for it's compactness, easy to get in a car-ness (she has a Fiesta), manouverability etc, but you can't put a car seat on it. I am not sure what she is going to do when DC3 comes along when the twins are 17 months old!
