M&P MPX front wheels, do they come off and how?

I've been given an oldish MPX 3 in 1 system but the front wheels are rusty and stiff and a good clean and liberal wd40 hasn't made any difference, can they come off to be replaced? How and where to buy spares?

Somewhere at the back of the manual there should be a contact number for the After Sales team. They were great when we needed a replacement bit for our M&P cot.

Hmmm - can't remember if we needed to provide purchase details.
When I got a spare part for my second-hand Silver Cross buggy, I had to pay and don't think they were too bothered about where the buggy came from, but M&P may be different.
