help needed with quinny buzz folding

Hi all, I'm struggling a bit with a quinny buzz I bought, the frame goes down fine, but once it lays flat, the collapse buttons click and then it wont go back up again without pressing both buttons and nudging the frame. Normally with the buzz you just take the clip off and nudge the frame and it sorts itself out. I dont think theres anything wrong with the gas cylinder, it doesnt feel soft when putting down, but I think there is a problem with the collapse buttons.
Has anyone had this problem before and if so, what was the resolution (please dont say it needed a new chassis!)

Hi, I'm pretty sure you wont see this thread 2 years later, but worth a try! Dif you ever resolve this issue? My sisters Quinny seems to have the same problem, the collapse button on the right hand side seems to have a problem and the pushchair is collapsing whilst in use. Anybody know if it can be repaired? Thanks!
