Am i expected to try and fix this myself? I'm a bit rubbish at things like this . Would they be able to fix it at a bike shop do you think? Or will i just have to get a new wheel - in which case, does anyone know where you can get these?

It's a bit of an emergency really: I need to sort it out asap as it's our only buggy, and with two under two, we'll be housebound until it's fixed.

Thank you in advance

I took mine recently (well the wheel) to Halfords and got a new inner tube. I don't see why a bike shop can't help you.

Always take mine to the Bike Shop. They do a roaring trade around here

bike shope will do it but I think you can also get the tyres fiolled with some kind of gel that stope you getting punctures

I have never owned a air tyre buggy but have heard rumour of puncvture preventing gel

bike shops will provide an inner tube and will do it for you 9at a cost)

the gloop you can put in isn't really recommended unless you're using it off road and you need an emergency fix.

Sorry to come back to this so late, and thank you for all your replies. You gave good advice - DH took it to the bike shop and they mended it for him without a bother. He also picked up a whole puncture repair kit so we can now fix any future punctures ourselves [turns out he's a dab hand at fixing punctures as cycled everywhere in his teenage years - well i never! ]

Anyway, crisis averted, thanks for all your help!
