I don't have either but not heard very many good reviews on the pear.

Another pram to think about is the Baby Jogger City Select. It's not out until June but this is the one I'm thinking of getting when Dc2 is born in September and Ds will be 17 months.

I've just bought an iCandy blossom for my 12month old twins. I have a Mountain Buggy Urban Double but I found that I sometimes needed a smaller twin pushchair and this is ideal.

I had an iCandy Pear previously but found it quite long. It also wasn't a great rear facing twin as I couldn't see the child at the back at all as she was behind and under the front seat.

The blossom is only front facing but 1 child is under the handlebar so I can see her perfectly whilst her brother is just in front but he is still easily within my reach (as its' position is like he's in a single pushchair in front facing mode) so I've got a better view of them both than I had with the rear facing Pear.

The folding is a breeze, so much better than the Pear, it has a carry handle for the chassis too so it can go over your shoulder. It's a good bit lighter and less awkward than the Pear too.

Hope that helps

I sold a pear for a friend, I thought it was pretty rubbish if I'm honest. The frame weighed a ton and the seats are tiny. The woman who eventually bought it had an 18 month old and a newborn, she ended up buying an apple seat aswell as even the larger of the 2 pear seats was pretty cosy!
Also, with the lower carrycot on there is no access to the shopping basket, and while you can have the larger seat on its own, it will only go rear facing.
In all honest, I think its very expensive and there are a lot of annoying litte quirks.

I have heard great things about the Peach though and I did see one IRL in my local childrens centre and it was gorgeous to look at, much nicer than the pear.
