Hi,
has anyone got the Norton Storm Pushchair and can give me some advice please?
-Can I use the pushchair for a newborn without needing a carrycot with it? (I don't wanna buy the whole travel system...)
-Any other feedback, positive or negative on the pushchair much appreciated.
There are hardly any reviews to find on the internet and can't find it in any shops either, but it sounds like a great product.
Thanks a lot for your help!

This says you can use it from birth without the carry cot.

Thanks for that, haven't come across that site yet!
I'm trying to decide between the Norton Storm and the Britax B Smart 4.
The Norton is a bit lighter than the Britax, which is definitely a plus.
Anyone who has a Norton and can give me some feedback please?
Thank you :-)

I looked at this pushchair in the Glasgow Pram centre if that is anywhere near you? It is very lightweight and has suspension which I think would make it good over bumpy ground.
The seat unit was not huge but not any smaller than others I have viewed. The carrycot looked nice and comfy - would recommend.
I have still not decided as the shop floor model had a few problems - the carrycot did not clip in properly and one of the swivel wheels wouldn't swivel.

Can't find many reviews either but hopew this helps.

Thank you for your reply.
I'm nowhere near Glasgow I'm afraid, am in London. It's just so much harder when you can't test the pram out first and there are no actual shops here in London that sell the Norton, they are only sold online.
I've only come across 3 reviews and I have researched for many many hours and they were good, but I think we have decided to go with the new Britax B Smart 4 now. It is very similar to the Norton, it's a very well known brand, so spare parts should be easily available should something go wrong and it works out the same price.
The only thing I didn't actually like about the Norton is the carseat, but then the advantage it has is the overall weight of the pushchair, which is only 8kg and the Britax is 11kg.
It's really no easy business chosing a pram...
Good luck with it!
