Quinny Buzz Front Wheel keeps getting stuck sideways

Or is just mine? I've stopped using it despite loving it otherwise. The front wheel sticks sideways thus becoming an unwanted brake at random intervals - especially on smooth surfaces like shiny tiles etc.
I tell DH there's something wrong with it - he spins ad swivels the wheel and says there's nothing wrong with the bearings and it's because of the smoothness of the tire thing - but I'm sure he's wrong because it hasn't always done this - we actually had a row about this last night.
It's about 2 1/2 years old so no warranty and I have 2mo now so want to use it again before sending it to the buggy park in the sky.
Did/does anyone else have the same problem?

yep,lady in my buggy shop said to spray it with mr sheen,and the silicone in it will free it,

worked wonders with mine,just take the wheel off,spray then put it back on and turn it around a bit!!!

oh, interesing - will try it tomorrow & report back. Thanks & fingers crossed
