Emmaljunga twin cerox 360

HELP!!!!
I've got a twin cerox 360, I've read the manual, I've hunted the internet...can anyone explain to me, please, in simple terms, how to reverse the handle because all I keep doing is collapsing the darned thing!
If you could take pics of the steps you need to go through, that would be fab?!
