Best buggy & buggyboard combo?

Hi there! I currently have a Phil & Ted for my 6 month old and three year old, but have promised it to my sis who is due to give birth soon ... not one of my smarter moves, but hey ho!
I therefore need to buy a buggy and buggy board, but I'm not sure which combination works best.
I know that MacLaren owners swear by these pushchairs (and I certainly won't rule them out), but they are just so boring in appearance and I was hoping for something quite trendy!
Anyway, I need to be practical and as we spend half our lives on the bus, I need an easily folded, one piece pushchair. The buggy board would need to flip up when not in use.
Thank you very much in advance for any help x

I have a micralite fastfold and rider board. The fastfold is umbrella fold and can be unfolded one handed, and the rider board is AMAZING. It clips up when not in use and I can still steer one handed when it is in use. It turns on the spot.

I could go on but won't and No I don't work for micralite!
