P&T E3 - which car seat?

I've just ought and old phil and teds pram off ebay - and can't seem to work out if I can get a car seat to fit onto it.

If there is one, can you still use it as a double - with the car seat on the front seta part and toddler in back seat?

Judging by the picture the doubles kit would still be able to fit on the back for a toddler to ride in.

I don't think you are supposed to use the carseat and doubles kit at the same time.
I have a sport though and not an E3. My SIL borrowed my adapter for the maxi cosi car seat and tried it with the doubles seat on but said it was very unstable.
I think they improved the car seat adapters between the E3 and the sport. We viewed an E3 in a shop (ages ago) and they were talking about straps to hold the car seat in place. For the sport I purchased a metal frame thing that inserts into the tubular frame.
