Help me! Attaching Lascal buggy board to Bugaboo?

Hiya - anyone have the Lascal buggy board Maxi and a bugaboo?

I have an old Bugaboo Frog and can't seem to figure out how to attach the buggyboard so that it is level? That may well be because I haven't slept for nearly a week and my brain has shut down but can anyone take pity on me before the whole lot goes out of the window??

Bump - am dangerously close to the edge here with this thing!!

Is the frog being used with a carrycot or the pushchair unit.

The website does have images showing how to attach them but we found that no matter how hard we tightened the two brackets they kept slipping. We have now got the two brackets, attached with red clip for attaching board facing up at you, pushed over so they are lying under the seat. Sort of means you are attaching the board backwards but it works. The two bars on the buggy board piece rest on the main horizontal bar that the buggy board connectors are attached to. We have found that this means that the board sits level.

Having the same problem and it's driving me mad! I can't seem to make sense of the description re: how to make it work. Any way of posting a photo?
