I bought a shopping basket for my Mutsy on Ebay, BNIB, but it arrived without the connectors. I was , but I rang Babystyle YESTERDAY at 2pm (and told the truth, that it had been bought from ebay etc) - a new set of connectors arrived, FOR FREE, this morning. I am now and very impressed with the customer service!
I think all round I can't really fault the Mutsy at all, tbh, I've had it since October, which is the longest I've had a pram in a long time
