Hi there,

DS will be 21 months when his brother/sister is born. Went to John Lewis yesterday to look at the pear and just wondered whether you had any positive/negative feedback you can share, please?

Many thanks

Hiya,

ive just parted with my pear after absolutely loving it for 18mnths,

Pros,
HUGE pro was parent facing
both seats fully recline
carseat attaches quick and easy
carrycot option
huge basket
nice handle heights
compact considering the seat size and so on,
nice big hoods and adjustable calf support

cons,
a bit of a faff folding and putting up
very heavy once the children are older
the carrycot completely blocks the basket
also once kids are heavy its hard to manouver

I really really loved mine but once dp passed his driving test and we had a car it was a real faff and filled the boot and we had to remove the parcel shelf also now ds is 2.5 and dd is over 1 it was alot of effort to get about with, we sold for a p&t vibe which is a breath of fresh air to push compared, however, with that age gap again, id have another pear!
