uppa baby with rumble seat

i'm desperate for a baby jogger city select for my nearly 3 year old and newborn come the summer. i'm waitng for reviews, should be out in next couple of weeks!
my friend in the states has an uppa baby, loves it for one, but basically no room for toddler when in doubles mode, so she just uses it with a sling when she takes two out together.
