I have been looking at a 2nd hand Frog but I also like the nipper. What are people's thoughts? There are lots of bugaboo's around but u don't see so many nippers - so haven't been able to ask anyone in person.

We just bought a nipper on a friend's recommendation and tried it out today for the first time. I think it's great - really light, easy to steer and fold, and the seat is big and comfy enough to hold a P&T cocoon for a newborn and up to a 4 year old. My friend loves hers too - great for walks, travelling, etc etc. haven't tried the Bugaboo and the Nipper is definitely less of a status symbol, but I'm surprised not to see more of them around as they are great & very similar in design to the Phil & Teds we had last time. You can get them pretty cheaply on eBay.

I had both. It depends what you're going to use it for. My Nipper was fab when DD was little and I was on mat leave and walked everywhere, it's really easy to push and turns very well. It handles walks in the park or bumpy tracks and pavements equally well. Downside is it's very long and a pain to get on buses and trains.
Bugaboos are better if you use public transport regularly and they are good in more urban environments. I liked both of them but I've kept the frog as I think the pram option will be more versatile for any future DCs.
Nippers are good value 2nd hand- mine had been used for about 6 months and I sold it on here for £100, you can probably get a good deal on ebay. My Bug was 2nd hand and £160 but think that was a good deal.
