Cossatto Return Policy

I bought a cossatto diablo last month and within a couple of weeks the wheels started wobbling. Having registered it ( very organised I thought (smile) ) I sent it back to cossatto to get it sorted. After several weeks I called them and they said that they can repair it, but it will be weakened, and they will charge me! (shock) Has anyone else had this issue with them...and does anyone have any ideas of what to do now?

What reason have they given for having to charge you? Manufacturing faults are certain to be covered under warranty!

They told me that they don't consider this to be a manufacturing issue (not sure what else it can be) so that is why it is not covered. Seems like they could get out of anything by saying that.

You need to ask for a detailed reason for this to not be covered under warranty. You are covered under your consumer rights that the product should be fit for purpose and should also last a reasonable period of time for this purpose. A few weeks of regular use obviously does not count as a reasonable period of time.
