Phil & Ted Sport - Changing bag issues

Just had 2nd DC so have got a P&T sport. What changing bags do people use with this? Most bags I've seen including my old Lin&Leo bag hang on top of the baby's head when put over handles and also bash into your knees when you walk. There must be an easier way to transport all the gubbins you need for 2 children.

small skip hop bag on the side
or the panniers
or mini change kit that folds out (bung in basket)

I'm worrying about this too.

check if you are carrying unnecessary stuff about - I have seen 3 people this week with suncream in changebags/buggies

I never bothered with proper changing bags - they always seemed ridiculously OTT and huge to me. I just put a change of clothes, a couple of nappies and a bag of wipes in a cloth bag and slung it under the P&T. If the baby needed something to lie on, they lay on the bag itself.

Those hooks that velcro onto the handlebars are handy though. You can get a drink carrier in the same make
