Baby Planet.. anyone had any problems

We ordered our phil & teds from baby planet on the baby show, when they said it will come within 2-4 weeks, but now its coming to 6 weeks, and they keep making excuses to delay it and sometimes not answering phone. DH started to wonder maybe they are going bust or something thats why they are acting like this? Would be useful 2 know if others are having the same problems with them, or is it just me?

Is this the shop based in Leicester? I've bought directly from there several times and always had good service - they don't seem to be in any financial difficulty.

hopefully if i keep phoning them up, they will get it sent to me soon. im due in a week and getting a bit fed up of their delays, but price was good so if they do get it to me in the next few days it will be alright

Firawla, has it arrived yet? Only the shop is really local to me so if you want I'll be happy to go in and ask about the status of your order

They're only one local shop as far as I'm aware, so their mail order service might be crap due to lack of experience or staff, rather than anything more deliberate.
