fab buggy , dd4 has one - shes 4 but is tiny , about the size of averge 2 yr old... am needing to get a bigger buggy for dd ....her legs are getting too long for it.

The classic might be a better option for your dd trace 2 if she will be using it for longer as it is bigger and also has a foot plate on it. If you are looking for a mini you would be best off ringing independents as Baby Jogger are trying to stop this being sold online and you will not get as good a deal.

thank you whats the difference between them both? and dd dont like sun or bright lights and the one ive seen as a large pull down hood, do they both?

The classic is a bigger version it has air tyres, large hood but square not round like the mini, same folding action and has a footplate at the front for little ones feet to rest on. I have found this better in my store for larger children who still need to use a pushchair as there is more leg and head room for them to grow into.

City mini has plasticy wheels, whereas classic has air tyres. There is also an City Elite, which is also quite big and has air tyres. Elite on Ebay for £229. or pink Classic on Ebay £209. The second one comes with a carrycot, but you can resell that on Ebay for about £50.

Both the Elite and Classic are more padded as well.

I have a city mini Trace, and my ds2 (very large 4) fits into it comfortably.

Just checked the finished listings and saw the one you bought. Looks in great condition . Bargain as well! If it hasn't been done, slime the wheels so they don't get punctures.

trace2 · 14/11/2009 19:55

slime the wheels whats that? i have no idea lol

5inthebed · 14/11/2009 19:57

lol
You can buy the stuff from Halfords. Its usually for bike tyres, but works the same on pram wheels. Its in an aerosol and you put it inside the inner tubes.

trace2 · 14/11/2009 20:03

thank you can i ask too how can you look at finished listings ?

OP posts:
5inthebed · 14/11/2009 20:08

If you search for an item, I put in Baby Jogger Classic, then on the left hand side you select coompleted listings.
Wasn't snooping on you, honest

It helps when you're selling things, so you can see how much things similar are selling for.

trace2 · 14/11/2009 20:13

lol its ok i didn't think you was dont mater anyway i just wanted to know how you did it? am going to put dd maclean and a few clothes on to!
