I am not happy with the baby jogger footmuff - alternatives?

I received it today, and I don't like the way it fits my baby jogger city mini - it is bulky and does not sit well in the seat. Plus I find that when my DD sits in it, she slides forward (as if there is not a deep enough angle from seat back to seat bottom with it in IYKWIM)

Is there any alternatives? [hopeful emoticon]

Or, on the other hand, are there any who love the jogger footmuff and think it is the best thing ever?

I would go down the custom made route. I have a Snunkie on my Baby Jogger & as it's made to measure it's a perfect fit. Here's a piccie of one of mine & DS modelling another

No problem - it was nice to be able to have something funky made that fitted perfectly as like you I just didn't like the BJ footmuff!
