urban detour question

help can anyone tell me if the seat in the urban detour 3 wheeler is totally upright so lo sits up straight iyswim. thanks

I had one years ago and no it isn't. I used to tie knots in the strap that hold the seat up to make it a bit more upright. Most three wheelers are designed the same way, so that the the weight is over the back wheels.

I inherited a single and a double urban detour and always wondered whether I could get the seat more upright. My dd1 leans forward and hold onto the bar!

I had an old-style Urban Detour for DS and I used to roll up the rain cover and put it into the seat-back pocket so that it was between the strap and the seat to make it more upright.
I have a Baby Jogger City Mini now with a similar recline mechanism but they have run the straps partially inside the fabric of the seat back so that I can't do the same thing for DD. I'm still trying to do a work-around for that.
