Ds is only 21 months and I had to cram him into a footmuff today ...I still want him snuggled up...

wrap a blanket round his legs and bum

or tights and trousers

janx · 17/09/2009 19:43

He is way too wriggly for that omdb! I'd have a blanket on the wheels

Extra pair of fleece-type trousers (next size up) over what he is already wearing, was what I did!

cookielove · 17/09/2009 19:47

there is a sleep bag/gro bag that you can get that fixes onto car seats and push chairs would this also be to small

cookielove · 17/09/2009 19:51

like this one here

Have you tried a BuggySnuggle or Pupabag. We have just bought the latter (DD is 21 months too, and quite tall) and it is MASSIVE, really long, I imagine it will fit for ages yet.

Rhian82 · 17/09/2009 20:01

Lol, I just have DS in normal trousers and socks (he can't walk yet). Figure he's got to get used to the cold some time, he's British!

TheMysticMasseuse · 17/09/2009 20:05

i think by that age they move around enough not to get cold cold like babies do. But if it's really cold i'd get fleece overtrousers

janx · 17/09/2009 20:11

He's fine...think I am just lamenting him growing up so quick ...dd has just started school and ds is huge...

Don't get a Pupabag, they are shite.

The person selling them is shite.

She promised it would fit my Maclaren Techno XT and she would not give me a refund when it just would not fit.

I ended up having to cut a hole in it for the leg strap to go through.

ChilloHippi · 17/09/2009 21:44

There is someone who makes them (I don't know her, she is a friend of a friend) and she can be found on Facebook. Look up 'Cosy Toes with love'.

Jan, I know what you mean - what about a JOJO fleece all in, they do age 2/3 I know DS goes beserk if he is wearing that and I try and bundle him into BS too

He loved the jojo all in one though as still so easy to move in and kept him toasty! Also have just got the fleece lined showerproof trousers from there and they are fab too. Really size up in those though!

EyeballsintheSky · 18/09/2009 09:07

DD is 20 months and the cosytoes that Chunkle Munkle made is massive, should be fine for ages.

sazm · 18/09/2009 12:33

they are fab
