Looking for a Phil & Ted e3 replacement hood/top

I have a Phil & Ted e3 in Charcoal/Navy I bought in 2006. It has been through the wars - three kids in total and second set of tyres.
The top hood/canopy/top is now torn and bent out of shape and I am looking for a replacement - does anyone know where I could find one?
