Help with Black Maclaren Techno XT

Can someone please look at the Black Maclaren Techno XT on the Babies r us website here and tell me if it is the 2009 model. I don't want to buy last years version, ifyswim Tia

I think that the black model was new for 2009 so it can't be 2008 model.
