Yes I do lean on them, oh what a pain!!!

How about a Loola?

Been offered one with a faulty hood for £30.00 plus delivery. I know they are heavy, does that matter for a fligt?

My TV programme is Cowboy Trap, wont bore everyone else again, but worth watching as a warning if you are having any building work done

Are you wanting a cheap pram? My MIL relies on a walking stick when she is out and about, but found that my BJCM was ideal for her and very sturdy. They are costly though.

Never had a Loola.

Knickers0nMaHead · 24/08/2009 21:23

I took my Loola to Tenerife and didn't have any problems.

1legmummy · 24/08/2009 21:27

Not sure about a BJCM. I dont think small enough for plane

Want a cheap nice pushchair - is there such a thing?

Knickers0nMaHead · 24/08/2009 21:36

Have you a dd or a ds? Just spotted a loola on ebay, hold on, will link now.

Knickers0nMaHead · 24/08/2009 21:38

Oh sorry, was just the footmuff and parasol

1legmummy · 24/08/2009 21:45

its for my ds, thankyou anyway

For some silly reason I have it in my head that my 2 1/2 year old will want to look at me

Knickers0nMaHead · 24/08/2009 21:50

I have my 2yo dd facing me. She loves it!

Knickers0nMaHead · 24/08/2009 21:51

cheap streety

1legmummy · 24/08/2009 22:07

Whats the streety like? is is two way?

Knickers0nMaHead · 24/08/2009 22:10

I've never had one but yes, it is rear and forward facing.

1legmummy · 24/08/2009 22:47

whats a skoot like?

BexieID · 24/08/2009 22:58

1legmummy - think you'd be better off with an umbrella fold maybe?

5in - nevermind, will need to keep an eye out for cheap P&T. Hopefully get one sooner rather than later as not long till bubs arrives!

AvadaKedavra · 24/08/2009 23:25

1LM - heard that scoots are not much cop esp when you have them rear facing as the wee wheels are at the back then and it's like pushing a hossie wheelchair

1legmummy · 24/08/2009 23:56

yeah thought so. Micralite still a favourite though

enimod · 25/08/2009 06:52

hi not posted on this board before- but always nosey! i am after a rear facer suitable fro a newborn- i have an old buzz but also have a just turned 3 year old-and didnt think that i couldnt fasten a buggyboard to it! i have seen the quantum urban detour going cheap- has anyone got experience of one? and would a maxi cosi fit on the frame and a buggy board?? or could toddler sit on the foot plate thing. my other idea was to get something like a loola or chiccoi for me and then if toddler got tired he could go in that whilst i carreid newborn- or newborn could sleep in it and toddler could go on a board-that kind of idea.
any ideas?

nicolamumof3 · 25/08/2009 07:05

i didn't like my streety chassis felt flimsy to me.

5inthebed · 25/08/2009 09:18

Sorry Bexie, it was a quick thing, she came to visit, saw the pram and begged me for it.

Enimod, Lascal buggyboards fit on a Buzz.

BexieID · 25/08/2009 09:35

5in - don't worry, i'm sure i'll get something eventually. Tom may even surprise me and enjoy the buggyboard that i'm getting from cargirl.

Keep your eyes peeled for one. In fact, someone on here lives just down the road from me and has a P&T E3 I think for £160, but I don't blimmin have the cash for it with all this car business. Still need to get Tom a new car seat, was hoping i'd have the cheque from insurance through for that by now. I probably won't get my health in pregnancy grant through for ages, not even had the form yet to send off! Maybe they don't do it in Scotland?

And DP left the washing out all night . Curtesy car has gone back this morning. The guy asked if I liked it, lol. Maybe in my pre kids days, lol.

mumofdjandbabies · 25/08/2009 09:36

BexieID · 25/08/2009 09:43

mumofdjandbabies · 25/08/2009 09:44

I need to arrange a courier to pick up today from hmg, have forgotten who I used last time . Parcel needs to come tomorrow as won't be in for it the rest of the week.

BexieID · 25/08/2009 09:49

The website says you get form from midwife when you're 25 weeks. I won't see her again till i'm 28 weeks, lol.
