My icandy cherry broke. Help?

Y'know how it reclines when you press the grey buttons? Well, mine just swings back and forth now, no buttons required. Wont stay in same position.

Had DS2 out the other day and he was leaning forward (rear facing) and grabbing the wheels, so I tilted it back so he couldn't reach, and now it's broke .

Anyone know if I can fix it somehow, or will I have to get prof repair?

Same thing happened to mine had to pay £60 ish for a new metal seat frame

Can they not just replace the button mechanism?

There were problems with older cherries seats falling back like this. best check with retailer, depends how old it is.

I too had this problem with my Cherry pram - it was one of the first ones. I took it back to the retailer and they got a replacement seat frame for me - the covers zipped off mine and fitted back on the new frame - no cost to me! Was a design fault!
