I'm so pleased Stokke are finally sending me a brand new red TT

What should I do with the old one? They said chuck it but it's never even been sat on due to one of the metal safety bars being a few mils too short... seems a waste! Oh and the 2 spare legs they sent to see if that was the problem... that's practically a tree!

Us pram hunnies are so prodigious that we have a section all to ourselves.

And there MUST be more wine and nibbles

So what should I do with the Tripp Trapp, HELP! I can't waste all that wood, I've lived in Germany too long and my need to recycle can't let me put an entire wood highchair in the bin!

tried to post earlier re the lovely stovies, brings back lovely childhood memories of my dad cooking that for us.

no wine and nibbles for me though, only lost a pound this week [sob] maybe i need a new pushchair to get me exercising more?!

anyone have any suggestions for dealing with rust? have a pushchair frame with some by the wheel spokes and in the scuffs on the frame?

oh and im still stewing over my earlier 'dehunning' strop

The TT is brand new, the only thing is that the metal safety bar that goes under the seat was a few mils too short so a bit of the screw showed, they said this was fine but I didn't believe it, so they sent me two new legs for it but that didn't change it.
My friend tells me it's normal and that the screw shows slightly on her too.....

So now they are sending a whole new one. They said bin the other one and the legs, so I can't sell it but how can I recycle the wood?
