Everyone looking for some advice please, i sold a pram on ebay on 2nd august sent it through send it now the day after on next day delivery with parcel force it was delivered and signed for on the 4th ,buyer never mailed me or left feedback but had low feedback so i presumed they didnt use ebay much anyway just got an email from paypal saying payment has been reveresed and i owe paypal the money (i had withdrawn the funds) .Stressing now as the money was for our hols on friday,they got there pram so obviously pulling a fast one,will paypal take the money back out of my bank? and what do i do now

dolly - what reason have paypal given for it being taken out of your account? i have'nt used send it now but pressume you have proof of delivery so they cannot say item was not received and surely a dispute would take longer to resolve.

have they done it on a credit card chrage back? I would contact the buyer and ask what is happening. You can request their contact details throught the advanced search facility in ebay.

It think it looks like there bank has refused payment and reveresed it but i thought if i had a tracking number etc and could prove it was sent and signed for i was covered with paypal but it seems not someone just said i will have to pay the money back to paypal now x

I would phone and speak to paypal if i was you as this sounds very dodgy

I think that as you have prove it was delivered, then you will be covered by PP sellers protection.

I hope so, it shows the signiture and its the same name so i am hoping im covered but now im wondering if they cover you if theres not enough funds in the buyers bank? surely they do, oh im stressed

dolly this happened to me took about a month to resolve the lady did a charge back on her C/card so paypal took them money then investigated! go into the transaction on paypal click details next to the amount on your summary pay then when the details of the transaction come up it should say there wether it is covered if you need more help to find out give PP a call and they will tell you straight away

Ive just had a look but it doesnt say it on there but ive gone back through my emails and on the one i got when i recieved the paypal payment it does say seller protection: eligable but it also says the seller could reverse the payment so do you think i will still be covered?

Right well since being at home have been trying out my bcjm im not keen but mum loves it lol. So keeping that at mums and going to sell my quest i have here. How much do you think i will get for it? Its only been used for a 2 week holiday but its on older model (bright pink with like a square pattern on it).
