Moving 15-week-old from bassinet to pushchair seat on Cosatto Wow 3

Hi all!

Baby is 15 weeks old now and we have the Cosatto Wow 3 travel system.

Baby has great head control and is trying to sit up. This evening he’s had his first roll onto his belly.

I’d like to move him out of the bassinet and into the stroller, but Cosatto say this should be used 6 months +.

Is it just a case by case scenario?

I think it’s just a general rule as it’s better for their spine development

If it specifically says 6 months I would wait at least several more weeks. Only just rolling a day ago isn’t really developed control.

I personally wouldn’t til much closer to 6 months as it’s a bucket style seat and so they can never lay properly flat in it even when it’s fully reclined.
Also with it specifically being designed for 6 months and up they wont fit well in it so will have no support which, as well as being bad for their developing spine, I would think would just be really uncomfortable for them if they’re in there for any significant length of time
