Help!! Just got a Fox2 off marketplace and I can’t work out the hood. I’ve consulted YouTube and it looks like they only have two black rods, my one has a third slimmer space for a white rod which came with it but it sticks out like it’s about an inch too long and it also came with a second white rod, a little longer than the one that’s in the hood and I can’t see where that goes?? It seems to work ok with the two black ones and the shorter of the two white ones even though it sticks out but I’m not sure it’s right 🤷‍♀️

my Fox doesn’t have a 3rd rod.
its 2 black rods. One goes in the front of the hood the other is in the middle of the hood.

I wonder if your hood is the summer hood and has air ventilation holes in it? And a zip peekaboo window? With a built in net!

@sunshineandrain82 yes it is an extendable hood it doesn’t have side vents but it does have a zip and a peekaboo window

can you load a photo? I’m wondering if it’s a different model hood. Probably the chameleon.

usually when hoods are messing around. You just swap the rods around to get a better fit.

Mine is hidden as it’s stitched it goes behind where my finger is. So the stitching on yours is lose

Only the black rods are removable so washed as normal. I always wash my bugaboo fabrics on a gentle wash

So the white rods should be enclosed??

Yes the stitching has frayed. Let me find a spare hood to show you

This is mine. The fabric goes to the end and is fully enclosed for the white one
