Hey everyone! I bought the icandy core recently and my baby is due to go up to the seat unit. I’m having troubles with it though because when I attach it to the frame, it just sits bolt upright and won’t recline or even lock into the safe upright position. Has anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it?
I have contacted icandy and they’ve sent a replacement seat unit but it’s doing the exact same thing. I’m beginning to think I’m doing something wrong! I followed the initial setup instructions and gone through the manual but I’m lost. Hoping someone here has a solution for this 🥲🤞🏼
