Buggy for a 2 year old over the 100 percentile height and weight

My 2 year old is potentially on the ASD spectrum. He weighs over 20kg and height wise is about the same height as a 4 year old. I need a buggy for long journeys. We walk to take my middle child to school and my 2year old walking isn't an option as we'd be late for school (it's a long walk and he is a slow walker and easily distracted) I really need buggy suggestions. Thank you!
So far I've heard out and about nipper, city elite, Phil and ted, mountain buggy and city elite mini. If anyone has any more suggestions or can tell me which pram they preferred id really appreciate it.

Out n about. I have two giant children. They both still use the out n about now and then for long walks and they are 4 and 5

Thanks for the suggestion. Is there any specific version of out n about or are they all quite roomy?

They are all very roomy. We have the V4 but I think there’s a newer model now which looks as good as the V4
