Durable rain cover - or are they all useless???

We have had completely useless rain covers for our pushchairs and at this stage they are practically single use 😵‍💫 can anyone recommend one that lasts at least a moderate time? Any kind of universal cover would do!!

They all steam up, but I haven't found any particular issues with tearing. That said, we quickly ditched them completely and just used bundlebean waterproof blankets and put the baby in a fleeced lined hippy chick suit (in a vest it it was summer, normal clothes in winter).
