Strollers that are lightweight but terrain safe?

Hello
asking for advice on replacing my pram. I have the nuna mixx which I love. I am using it the second time round. My son is 11 months and is pretty big now.

unfortunately I am not doing great health wise and really struggling with lifting the pram in and out the house (we have a step) and I have to do the school run twice a day for my eldest. So I am looking at replacing my pram for something a bit more practical

I need something really lightweight. Able to lift. Fold up easy so I can put it in the car for doctors appointments even on my flare up days
has a full handle bar as I get hand pain so I can’t push the little handles
has a basket underneath for when I can’t carry bags
but also is safe for my little one as well as the fact we live more rurally with uneven pavements

i dont want to spend hundreds as I have a pricey pram and would probably look on marketplace for one

has anyone got any recommendations that fit my very annoying requirements? Thanks

What sort of terrain are you talking? Serious offroad needs big wheels which don't fold up.

I have a Yoyo (default folding buggy!). Reasonable handle bar if you're not too tall; lousy basket but brilliant bag attachment that turns it into a very stable shopping trolley with extra wheel; super light weight and foldable; good on the bus; ok on cobbles and uneven pavement; brilliant turning circle; feels very safe for baby; hopeless properly offroad; always available 2nd hand.
