Hello, wondering if anyone has experienced an issue with the seat of their silver cross pram declining too much when baby is in fully recline lie flat position. Her head appears to be slightly lower than the rest of her body. The pram has only been used for 8 months and has already been sent back for other faults which have been repaired - but this issue has not.
