I'm looking for very lightweight (struggle with disabilities), tall parents, compact stroller for under £200? One that can handle a country walk (dusty tracks/woods) and going shopping? Please help! Thank you!

Baby Jogger City Mini GT ticks those boxes, but is twice the price. They are pretty sturdy though, so you should be able to find one in decent nick.

I would look at fb marketplace for 2nd hand nunas. They are light but robust and (relatively) easy to fold

Not really. Anything compact doesn't have big enough wheels to deal with off road. Anything off road is a nightmare around shops. My friend has a Nuna and it doesn't really deal with cobbles or grass any better than my Yoyo, but she's over 6ft so it's perfect for her. We have the Yoyo for shops cafés, buses, cars and flying, and a Thule chariot for off road, both 2nd hand. The Chariot is amazing, it doesn't even notice curbs, but it's far from compact! Their Urban glide looks pretty good too
