Has anyone used Badoodle?

How did you find the process and how long did it take between ordering and confirmation/delivery?

I'm trying to rent a newborn/toddler double pram. They have run a soft credit check and asked me for a passport, utility bill and bank statement.

I have paperless billing on everything so I've uploaded digital copies and am fully expecting to be declined 🙄

Feeling very trapped inside the house with a 2 year old and a 5 week old. Prams on Facebook near me that fit the bill for what I need are either shockingly expensive or in shockingly bad condition - dirty, suspiciously marked as though mouldy etc, people not answering as well. It's really dispiriting.

I have all my hopes pinned on this here.

We are also trying to rent a double through them and they told us there was a waiting list for it and they can’t say exactly when it will be available
I’m also in a bit of a quandary - we’ve deliberated on whether or not we need a double for 3 months and eventually decided we would rent as I feel I can’t get out the house on my own with two right now if I don’t have one, but that that could change relatively soon as the toddler grows up. Was quite frustrating to find the one we wanted unavailable, we haven’t even got as far as credit checks and whatever yet

That's interesting! Can I ask which one you're waiting on? And was it listed on the website as though it WAS available? Really don't want to be wasting any more time if there are issues here. Before I found out this company existed I was seriously deliberating blowing my bonus on a new pram.

I also can't get out of the house by myself. Everyone keeps telling me to pop baby in a carrier or toddler on buggy board but my baby is not a fan of any carrier I've tried so far and my toddler cannot be trusted near a road.

It was the out n about little nipper. Yes, it showed that it was available and we were able to select that we wanted it delivered in just two days, but they emailed us to say they didn’t have any at the moment.
Very similar situation- little one is ok in a sling, but I just don’t feel comfortable with him in it for very long, both physically and with anxiety of wanting to check he’s in a good position, can breathe easily etc. and also don’t trust toddler to stay on the buggy board just yet.

The pram arrived yesterday, on the 10th June! All's well so far.

I will update in a few months' time when I return it to let people know how it goes for me in case anyone finds this thread in the future!

I ended up sending it back a couple of weeks shy of 3 months because I bought a mountain buggy duet on Facebook marketplace.

The return process was simple enough, you just booked with a courier through the returns portal.

Really pleased I did it, saved my life and sanity when I needed it most.

Good to know the returns process was easy- I am a bit worried about how to repackage ours. We did end up being sent it shortly after we’d first requested and it has been very useful- I wouldn’t have been able to get around on the two days a week it’s just me and two kids without it. We are actually going to rent it for a little longer- I’m hoping in a few more months my eldest will be ok with a buggy board

They encouraged me to shove things in snugly in as few boxes as possible, I am guessing their courier costs are high!

I wanted to keep the bugaboo donkey a bit longer to be honest but my house is small, my partner was constantly irritated with it being in the way and I was finding it a drag to fold it away all the time. Current pram is less of a hassle.

I can do local shop with my toddler on the buggy board but he just can't be trusted to not run off/get distracted!

Today we were out in Kingston all day and he fell asleep on the bus home. I wouldn't have wanted to try and rouse him while juggling a pram and baby.
