Car seat detaching from Icandy Pram

Three weeks ago the car seat - we use maxi cosy pebble - randomly detached from our iCandy Peach pram with our little one in the seat, thankfully strapped in and no injuries. I was shocked as I am quite paranoid when I attach the seat checking it was attached but after this I put it down to human error on my half and lived with the guilt. Since then, I have checked thoroughly and pulling on the seat at least 3 times to check it's definitely attached
BUT today it happened again. With my little one in the seat and over concrete, thank god the bar was up on the seat or my little one would have been really injured. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm going to Icandy and maxi cosi but I just have this feeling they are going to think I'm stupid and not attaching it.

Oh gosh that sounds scary. Glad she’s ok. I’d definitely stop using it on the adapters until you can figure out why it’s happened. Also very unusual a quick question are the adapters on the correct way around? Also the button that you press to release from the adapters on the car seat, check they’re not getting stuck, which would then mean the issue is the car seat. Another way to check the seat is on the adapters properly is to lift the the car seat up when attached to the pram using the handle. You should hear audible clicks when it goes on the adapters also. Have you ck tacked your retailer for help as well?
