Lie down pram issue

My DD seems to hate the lie down pram attachment and I cannot get them to settle. I'm going to attempt baby wearing so I can take them out of the car seat and be out for longer with them.

Going out atm makes me nervous. They've just turned 4 weeks old and when they cry out in public, I'm rushing to the nearest baby area to try and calm them.

Would I be considered a bad mum if I were to let them cry just for the sake of being out and about to socialise and see people letting them tire out?

Are they still too young to understand lie down prams?

Is the pram large? Maybe she feels unsafe? Could you try swaddling to see if it calms her down?

My Ds hated his. We bought a sheepskin liner and like magic he settled in it when moving. I think the sheepskin makes them feel secure as they can’t slide around
