Adaptor for car seat to stroller

Hi, I’ve searched and searched but can’t find the right adaptors, I have an Ickle Bubba Stomp Urban stroller and a Cybex Aton Q car seat, I’m looking for the adaptors to attach this car seat to stroller if anyone knows or could add a link please? thanks
