More compact replacement for Egg Pram

Pushchair help?

Currently looking for a more compact pushchair to replace my pram. I currently have the original Egg pram and I love it for how well it handles. It is so easy to push around. It steers perfectly one handed and swings around corners really tightly. The wheels handle rough streets and cobbled stones really well.

My main issues are that it has to come apart every time we come in and out the house. We live in a small flat where space is lacking so there's always one part of it lingering around. It also doesn't lie flat so little ones legs are kinda in the air when he's sleeping in the pram. We're also going abroad for a few weeks in a couple months and we want to take a pushchair with us for naps on the go.

I've been looking at the Joie Literax 4 and the Mamas and Papas Armadillo... Can anyone vouch for either of these who has had experience with an Egg?

Any advice is massively appreciated. We don't live super nearby anywhere where we can test them out before buying.

We had an egg and loved it but exactly the same issues. We then got a literax and loved it.

We had a buggy board on it for older DD and it was Brill. Folded really easy and had big hood.

Only issue was that the handle isn't adjustable so if you're really tall or small to consider. We both managed at 5"7 and 6ft.

I found it handled well and was good on holiday.

Thanks so much for the response! Really glad to hear you had a good experience with the Litetrax as there are loads nearby on Marketplace ATM.

We're 5' 7" and 5' 11" so hopefully would manage okay if you guys did 🤞🏻
