ICandy Core doesn't fold. Help with issues?

Has anyone had an ICandy Core buggy which wouldn't fold?
We have one where the handle won't fold down after moving the grey and black buttons on the handle. They work fine but where it attaches on the chassis seems stuck, seemingly so on the right hand side.
Anyone had this problem, know what it is and where we can get it fixed?
Is it the same as the mechanism on other Icandy models?

Is it new or has this just happened? I used to find mine difficult to fold, but when i push the handle down, I find I have to push it towards the wheels on the diagonal to fold, instead of pushing straight down? Sorry if that’s not helpful!

No t's not new it was secondhand. Tried it all angles but it seems stuck. Have contacted iCandy for their help. Thanks for responding.
