Carrycots compatible with Bugaboo Fox

I am looking for some help please with finding a carrycot for the Bugaboo Fox base - we have the pushchair seat but I would like a carrycot for the early stages. I can see the Bugaboo Donkey carrycot is available online, would this fit the Fox? Or I can get a Maxi Cosi one from a relative (they have a broken base!) - would this fit the Fox using the car seat adapters? It becomes extortionate on Bugaboo to get the Fox carrycot as all the parts are sold separately!!

Have you looked on vinted for the fox bassinet materials? They will be much more reasonable on there. I have the fox cub but assuming the model you have is the same, you only need the base board and the fabric as the frame is the same as the one used for the seat.

I hadn't thought about vinted - will have a look thank you! I also did not realise the frame is the same which is a huge help as I couldn't figure out how the carrycot fabric would work! First baby and a second hand pram - still a lot of figuring out to do!! Thank you so much
