Fix break on umbrella stroller

Has anyone done this? On a Joie Nitro to be exact

The foot break doesn't quite always quite 'catch' and fully go down. In my simple mind feels like it should be something easy to adjust but Handyman Google is not providing an answer.

Finally moving on from the double to stroller and buggy board but youngest is 2.5 so hopefully it for too long so don't really want to buy a new one.
